I’m Andrea Nwoke, Nigerian-American Executive & Leadership Coach and Founder & CEO of Full Voice Coaching & Consulting.

I leverage my diverse experience in demanding roles from corporate boardrooms to professional opera stages to support executives and rising leaders in developing their authentic leadership style, building confidence, and achieving powerful results by leading from their Full Voice.

Full Voice supports both teams and individuals to give voice to their highest aspirations and explore the fullness of their potential. My clients are often seeking the skills to take up more space, develop a personally authentic leadership style and strengthen core competencies, or find their own undiscovered power and courage.

As a person who has often been the only person to look like me or have my background in a room, I deeply understand how that can affect a person’s ability to feel confident, thrive, and grow professionally. 

We are more than the sum of our parts so I strive to help develop human-first leadership practices. Try as we might to compartmentalize, the personal affects the professional, and the professional affects the personal. I draw on my years of experience in the performing arts and in corporate settings to find flexible and dynamic ways to support my clients’ journeys. My goal is to be both a cheerleader and an accurate mirror, allowing my clients to feel energized and supported as they step into their truest and most effective selves.
